Eby Village
Eby Village is an affordable, supportive housing project for 64 single adults in downtown Kitchener. It provides secure, affordable and supportive housing for single adults with special needs.
Eby Village is owned and operated by House of Friendship of Kitchener and funded by the Region of Waterloo.
Eby Village is an access centre for the Coordinated Housing Registry for Waterloo Region. Applications for all subsidized housing in the Region can be made from this location. Call (519) 570-2400 or e-mail ebyvillage@houseoffriendship.org for details.

Eligibility Criteria

be a single adult without dependents and able to live independently

be eligible for rent subsidy as determined by legislated standards

be a legal resident of Ontario

be committed to participating in the Eby Village community
Applications to Eby Village, Charles Village and all other social housing in Waterloo Region must be made through the Region of Waterloo Coordinated Access System. Eby Village is Community Housing Access Site. Application forms are available from the Eby Village office at 50 Eby Street S., Kitchener. Telephone 519-570-2400.
