Bringing Our Community Together

The Kingsdale Community Centre is located at 72 Wilson Avenue in Kitchener.

The Centre is for all Kingsdale residents and dedicated to developing a safe and healthy community through positive recreational, social, and educational activities in a diverse and nurturing environment using a partnership model.

Our Partnerships

  • The Kingsdale Community Centre is owned and operated by the City of Kitchener. House of Friendship provides staff for some programs within the Centre. We value the opportunity to work in partnership with the City of Kitchener for the benefit of the Kingsdale neighbourhood.

  • The Centre also operates in partnership with the Kingsdale Neighbourhood Association which shares responsibility for programming and volunteers.
  • Funding comes from a variety of sources including the City of Kitchener, the Region of Waterloo, the United Way Kitchener Waterloo and Area, Ontario Early Years, and donations to House of Friendship.
