Friendship Golf Tournament

Teeing Up for Those In-Need

Team Gascho Automotive (above left) led the way at the 2011 Friendship Golf Tournament with a searing round of 54, almost as hot as the weather! The 153 golfers enjoyed a delicious BBQ before hitting the greens for some fun, including competitions throughout the course and meeting The Schmo a.k.a. House of Friendship's new President, Tren Bauman (above , centre in pics, blue hat).

Once they were finished on the greens, golfers headed in for a hearty Dinner, during which Event Chair, Bob Shantz awarded team and competition prize, including Best Men's Foursome, Best Women's Foursome, Best Mixed Foursome (all above). Golfers raised over $24,000 for programs that extend the hand of friendship to our neighbours in need.
